24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that there are times when you must miss a scheduled appointment due to emergencies or other unplanned events. However, ff you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we respectfully ask that you provide 24 hours notice so that we have time to fill that appointment space. If you are able to notify us a minimum of 24 hours in advance there will be no charge for your missed appointment.

We also understand that life happens and if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice we reserve the right to charge you a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of your scheduled appointment. This will be left to the discretion of the office, based on each individual occurrence.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

Late arrivals. Please keep in mind we maintain a full schedule in order to serve as many patients as possible. Even one patient running late can impact the entire schedule. Please call and let us know if you are running behind so we can manage accordingly. 

Your help in these matters is incredibly important to helping us run the office smoothly! We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following these policies so that we may continue to provide quality care to each and every one of our patients.
